与舱盖相关的检查依据:Loadline中的风雨密,以及SOLAS中的检验设备的维持
2月18日,AMSA发布了2022第4号marine notice,主题是:货仓舱盖的维护与保养,正如我们上一期推送的引水梯:各位请注意:ASMA火力全开,PSC集中检查引水梯,卸扣也不放过!
如不出意外,关于舱盖的缺陷将大幅增加。
实际上,2018年AMSA搞了一次关于系固的专项检查,这次检查舱盖安全也算一脉相承。大家可以参考我们18年推送的文章:(刚刚)AMSA的这次滞留警告如何准确应对
事实上,与舱盖相关的检查依据,一个是Loadline中的风雨密,一个是SOLAS中的检验设备的维持。条款不多,也好理解。
总之,有个原则:舱盖漏了、破了、裂了、进水了要被滞留!盖不严、关不上要被滞留!
PSCO能查的几个点是:舱盖、舱盖密封胶条、开舱液压装置及管线、舱盖固定装置、舱口围。
PSCReady老编总结了最近几个月澳大利亚开具关于舱盖的119个缺陷,其实按照大类分也就那么几项,大家对照整改吧,有的放矢,提前准备,也可以心中不慌。
